Our primary approach is developed out of current business enterprise needs to manage IT operations in an integrated environment that will not only satisfy the internal needs of the company's business operations, but also address the service level objectives of the customer base. Benchmark looks at the voice and data environment as a cohesive structure that is interdependent on the success of both. We work with both the public and private sector to consider the efficiency levels of the services required as well as the budget contraints facing the task.
