Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, D/FW Airport, TX - Terminal "D" Communications, Security and IT Systems. Active member of the Design Tech Team for participation in the Communications, Security and IT systems conceptual planning phase for DFW International Terminal "D," a new 1.74 million square foot facility.

Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, DFW Airport, TX
Strategic Communications Plan for the Airport Development Department. Scope of work included the design of a program that would ascertain the communications requirements present and future that would be impacted by the Airports multi-million dollar Capital Development Program. Initial program components included the development of an in-depth analysis tool to ascertain communications trends, risk assessment, employee interviews with Airport departments, data analysis and a comprehensive report of findings and recommendations that will be an integral component of the on-going communications strategy. Evaluations included hardware, software, distribution channels and data flow analysis.

City of Dallas, Dallas, TX HRIS Implementation Project
Provided Program management for the new City-wide HRIS system for the City of Dallas, Texas. Scope included time clock and server acquisitions and installations and training. Staff also provided segments for e-Recruiting and Change Management.

Fort Worth ISD, Ft. Worth, TX Information Technology Plan Update
Identify IT usage in schools, provide the district with complete technology strategy for their telecommunication needs. Assess existing infrastructure for IT systems and identify opportunities to improve the district's IT and communications systems for administrative and classroom usage. Telecommunications consulting providing technical inventory, research, and writing RFP for system wide telephone system and on going project management services.

Fort Worth ISD, Ft. Worth, TX Project Management- E-Rate Implementation Provided Project management for the installation, quality control, documentation, review and billing for the district's e-rate grant. Value added services included, inventory and review analysis of hardware, on-site cut over supervision for new technology upgrades and evaluation of system needs and usage.

Dallas/Fort Worth Airport - Terminal D Systems Integration Project
Chosen as part of the Project management team with Siemens One and IBM for the integration of all terminal systems to comply with a common Information Exchange Mechanism for data transmission. The process will facilitate the sharing of data from various systems that have a critical need to "integrate" in order to provide information that can be utilized for airport operations in compliance with Federal regulations. Tasks include management of technical and support staff, client updates, documentation, training, testing of new systems (hardware and software), design of data modules, vendor reviews, writing specification for compliance with IEM model and on-going support for the opening of the terminal in 2005.
